Circa 1850 NU-LUSTRE-CR is a thick, high gloss epoxy Clear Casting Resin. One coat of NU-LUSTRE-CR equals up to 70 coats of varnish. NU-LUSTRE-CR is HEAT-Stable, remaining clear when other epoxies will haze or deform when hot objects are placed upon the surface. It can be applied over newspaper or magazine clippings, photographs, leather, wood, ceramic, rocks, dried flowers, shells and many other items. NU-LUSTRE-CR is the ideal coating for molds, tables, decorated serving trays, coasters and bar tops, and more.
The surface to be covered must be dry and free from dust, wax, grease or oil. Measure 1 part resin to 1 part hardener in seperate containers. Empty the contents of both containers into a third container. Mix thoroughly for an additional 60 seconds and pour immediately. Bubbles that rise to the surface may be broken by gently exhaling on the bubbles. Cure for 24 hours at 20-25C, humidity less than 50%.
