Empire Paints Alkyd Semi Gloss is a name brand oil-based semi gloss paint formulated for commercial contractors and DIY consumers.
Directions
Remove loose paint, rust, plaster, etc. Clean the surfce with TSP and warm water. Remove existing mildew with household bleach. Stir the contents until consistent throughout can. Apply with brush, roller, or spray. Clean up with paint thinner.
